Noocube is one of the most talked and best supplements in the market for improving cognitive brain function. Many websites give five-star ratings to this supplement alone. It has been five years since its launch, and its name is famous enough for the purchase. The company behind this supplement is Wolfson Berg Limited, which is one of the most famous and well-known companies for manufacturing quality nutrition and supplements products. You can assume that Noocube is currently the best nootropic in the market.

What Does This Supplement Do?

If we go through the manufacturer’s statement on the official website, then it is a synergistic blend of nootropics made for improving focus, concentration and cognitive function of the brain. The official website also mentions that it provides all the necessary things to support healthy brain cells and function.

Specifically, Noocube claims to deliver:

  • Enhance focus and concentration
  • Improve memory
  • Enhance learning capacity
  • Improve multitasking
  • Increase mental energy

It sounds like. It is one of the full-spectrum and complete daily nootropic supplement in the market.

There is one thing which is not mentioned on the official website, and this is about stress. It is not only for me, but it is for all, we know stress matters a lot and a complete nootropic supplement contain that component to reduce anxiety and stress. Let’s check out further if this vital component is present in this supplement?

Noocube Ingredients

You can check out the label printed back on the product for all the nutritional information and ingredients details. It is the only product which discloses every ingredient information and dosage as well used while manufacturing the supplement. Let’s check out the list of ingredients present in this product.

noocube ingredients

  • L-Tyrosine, 250 mg
  • Cat’s Claw, 175 mg
  • Bacopa Monnieri Extract, 250 mg
  • Alpha GPC, 50 mg
  • L-Theanine, 100 mg
  • Huperzia Serrata (0,5 % Huperzine-A), 20 mg
  • Oat Straw Extract, 150 mg
  • Resveratrol, 14.3 mg
  • Pterostilbene, 140 mcg

Bacopa Monnieri (20% bacosides) – 250mg

You must have heard this ingredient before if you are searching for the best nootropic supplement for a long time. This is the primary ingredient present in almost every brain supplements. You can call Bacopa monnieri is the best memory enhancer in existence. There are many case studies over the internet, which proves that this ingredient helps in improving cognitive and memory function of the brain. The 250mg dosage present in this product is enough to reap its full benefits.

L-Tyrosine – 250mg

L-Tyrosine is an amino acid, and usually, it founds in most pre-workout supplements. This ingredient mainly acts as an anxiolytic. It means it helps in maintaining focus, reducing anxiety and physical stress. It also does help the people who are sleep deprived, and the 250mg in Noocube is more than enough.

Cat’s Claw Extract (4:1) – 175mg

As far as we know. There is no link between the Cat’s Claw and improving cognitive brain function. There are no case studies even to prove this statement. However, It may be used in this supplement because before it was used in Alpha Brain, and we know that Noocube takes inspiration from Alpha cube.

Oat Straw Extract (4:1) – 150mg

Same like the Cat’s Claw. We do think Noocube has used this ingredient because the Alpha brain does. To be an instance, there is no scientifically study even to prove that it is a nootropic. However, It may contain some anxiolytic properties but that too in some mild amount, and we cannot consider this ingredient a proper nootropic.

L-Theanine – 100mg

This is the ingredient. It is for the people who are mostly sleep deprived due to stress and all. This works as a natural sleep enhancer for the people. It is sometimes used in nootropic due to its synergistic relationship with caffeine. It’s highlighting the benefits of caffeine and reducing the worst effects.

Alpha-GPC – 50mg

This ingredient is extremely helpful in increasing focus, heightening alertness, and improving short-term working memory. The best part is, It quickly enhances the choline levels in the brain. The only problem is the dosage of 50mg is not enough to get proper results and benefits from this ingredient.

Huperzia Serrate (0.5% Huperzine A) – 20mg

Huperzia Serrate provides almost 100mg of Huperzine A. We mustn’t use this ingredient daily. As it can do more harm than good, and It might be the mistake of Noocube to add this ingredient over the list.

Resveratrol (99%) – 14.3mg

Resveratrol is one of the excellent antioxidants found mainly in fruits and vegetables. Although it is not a powerful antioxidant to consume orally. Still, the 14.3mg added in this product is enough and safe to consume.

Pterostilbene – 140mcg

Pterostilbene is also one of the excellent antioxidants, and it is barely more powerful than Resveratol. It has about 80% bioavailability compared to resveratrol’s 20%. I don’t know why Noocube has used both of them antioxidants. According to me, they should only use one with proper dosage.

Noocube Side Effects? Are There Any Side Effects?

According to me, I don’t think this supplement possesses any side effects. The ingredient used in this supplement are also in the proper dosage, and till now, there is no complaint registered over the internet for any side effects.

However, there is one ingredient Huperzine A. I doubt it the most. Huperzine A inhibits the enzyme acetylcholinesterase. This results in the build-up of acetylcholine in the brain.

High amounts of acetylcholine are vast, but too much can even cause some side effects. Some of the common side effects if you use this supplement and this ingredient daily are:

  • Headaches
  • Confusion
  • Loss of focus
  • Low mood

We advise our readers to safely take this supplement and do not exceed the daily recommended dosage by the manufacturer. In fact, It is important to cycle this ingredient to reap the proper benefits without getting any side effects. You can drop an email to the manufacturer for more details.

I have given a proper Noocube review and in my opinion. It is weak and over-priced nutrition brain supplement. The main thing I do not like about this supplement is that you regularly need to recycle this supplement for not getting any side effects. However, taking a break every time is not ideal even for receiving better results. The other thing is about the ingredients. The Alpha-GPC in Noocube should be pulling more weight in terms of dosage as It was one of the primary ingredients for increasing focus, concentration and improving cognitive brain function.
