Most of the people lookout for the complete nootropic brain supplement. It is because they most probably have some problems in focusing, concentration or memory. In this case, supplementing with the perfect nootropic product can ease out the recovery and provides a better result. In this post, I am adding CogniShield review over here, which is known to be an all-in-one brain supplement in the market.

CogniShield is sold as the name of all-in-one brain supplement. It is one of the most searched terms in the USA. Despite being so old. People of South America still prefer to use this supplement for increasing their focus, productivity and brain health. Let’s find it out what does this supplement exactly premises?

What Does CogniShield Do?

According to the bottle and the manufacturer it is a triple strength nootropic formula. This statement is not mentioned on the official website, but still, most of the re-sellers claim that it can:

  1. Increase in concentration.
  2. Promote mental clarity and quick thinking.
  3. support long-term brain health.
  4. Improve memory recall and retention.

Therefore, It is supposed to be the daily complete nootropic stack. This is the best way, of course, to approach this supplement.

However, the question is, does this supplement actually works as advertised? Does it fulfil all of the premises? And using this supplement is safe? Let’s find out the answer in our review below.

CogniShield Ingredients

The ingredients list of this supplement is clearly printed on the backside of the bottle. You can have a look, and also, the dosage of each ingredient is mentioned as well.

The list of ingredients are:

  • L-Theanine
  • Choline bitartrate
  • Phenylpiracetam
  • Noopept

Let me clear the concept by going through each ingredient one by one. I’ll be giving a quick overview to those ingredients likewise how do they work and what do they actually offer.

L-Theanine – 150mg

L-Theanine is an amino acid, and it is commonly used in most of the sleeping tablets. It actually contains some quite remarkable psychoactive properties. It works as a mild anxiolytic. It means this reduces the symptoms of stress. Another benefit of L-theanine It reduces the adverse effects of caffeine. It is not a proper nootropic, but it is a must for heavy coffee drinkers.

Choline Bitartrate – 150mg

The building block of acetylcholine is Choline. It is the brain most executive neurotransmitter. The higher the levels of acetylcholine in the brain, the better you will concentrate more. The Choline Bitartrate is most effective than usual Choline in rising brain choline levels. The 150mg amount of dosage present in CogniShield and that is enough to get proper results.

Phenylpiracetam – 50mg

Most of you have probably heard about piracetam. It is something that doesn’t usually add on any nootropic supplement. It is because it is super heavy and hard for the people, and even it can cause some adverse side effects to them. It is better to take any expert or doctor supervision before using this ingredient. However, there is only 50mg of Phenylpiracetam present in CogniShield.

Noopept – 15mg

It is the bioavailable form of piracetam. It provided all the benefits which piracetam does like improved working memory, heightened focus, reduced social anxiety, and more. However, It is also unpredictable, like piracetam and causes worse side effects as well.

CogniShield Review

I will be straightforward and simple rather than fluctuating the things. I do not recommend using CogniShield as a nootropic supplement for your brain.

It doesn’t matter what you need heightened focus, reduced anxiety, or better working memory. CogniShield is a poor choice.

It is even not a natural nootropic supplement. It also contains a very large amount of noopept which can quickly affect some people with worsen side effects like headaches, dizziness and confusion.

The only ingredients which are left in this supplement are Theanine and Choline. It is also added in less dosage, and It doesn’t affect much. In the end, this formula not impressed us at all, and hence we will not recommend using this supplement.

Is CogniShield Safe?

To be an instance, this supplement is not safe at all. At least, by our standards. The reason is, CogniShield contains piracetam and noopept. These ingredients are known as synthetic, pharmaceutical-grade brain drugs.

I agree with the dosage part that piracetam dosage is less, but the noopept is available in high dosage, and it can worsen the conditions and cause some severe side effects.

These are the side effects, which I do think can be caused by taking this supplement

  • Headaches.
  • Dizziness.
  • Nausea.
  • Confusion.
  • Anxiety.
  • Low mood.
  • Mood swings.
  • Erratic behaviour.

In case if you experience any kinds of side effects, then I prefer you to stop using the supplement right away.

We strongly don’t advise using different types of blends and drugs on the supplements, and in the end, CogniShield is not safe for the people and also, I’ll not recommending the same to the others.

However, if you are looking for something which not only helps with brain functioning but also deal with the stress, then you can try out the complete nootropic supplement, which is Mind lab Pro.
